Barnyard Moongdal Khichdi
INGREDIENTS: Serves – 2 people
Barnyard – 1 cup
Moongdal – 1/2 cup
Any Vegetable of your choice
Tomato – 2
Curry Leaves few
Chilly Powder –  as per your taste

Pink Salt – to taste

PREPARATION: Roast moongdal and boil with Barnyard in pressure cooker. Once it is cooked, add tomato puree and let it boil for some time. Slice vegetable of your choice into small pieces and boil it separately add the boiled pieces to the khichdi. Add curry leaves,  chilly powder and Himalayan salt to taste. Use 1 tsp ghee for seasoning (tadka).
