Recipe
Ragi Idli
Ingredients : Serves – 4 people
1 cup Urad Dal
2 1/2 cups Ragi Idli Rava
1/2 tsp Methi
Handful Poha
Salt to taste
Preparation : Soak Urad dal for 4 hours along with methi seeds. Soak poha seperately for 15 minutes . Grind all three together. Add ragi rava and salt and let it ferment for 8 hours. Make Idlis as usual and serve with chutney of your choice.
